Always flip the bottle. → Step 2: The Dose If the clinical study used 5 grams and the product has 50 mg, that's not a therapeutic dose—it's marketing. This trick is called "fairy dusting." → Step 3: The Mechanism Why are you taking it? "Because everyone is" isn't a reason. If you can't explain the biological mechanism it's targeting, you probably don't need it. Your supplement cabinet should be intentional, not impulsive.
