- Generated coaching materials: Baseline reports, dashboards, weekly reports, check-in summaries, and clinician-question prompts generated from information you provide.
- Payment and transaction data: Purchase, subscription, and billing information processed by our payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on this Website.
- Usage data: Information about how you interact with our website, including pages viewed, time spent, and referral sources.

Coaching Data and Medical Records
Coaching data is handled as part of the coaching program workflow and is governed by this Privacy Policy and the Health Coaching Agreement. If you are ever a patient of an affiliated medical practice, your medical records are governed by that practice's own privacy practices and applicable law, including HIPAA where applicable. Coaching data on its own is generally not covered by HIPAA.
Uploaded labs, records, and biomarkers in a coaching program are stored as source data you provide. We may use them to support education, metrics literacy, program reports, and prompts you can bring to your own clinician. We do not use coaching data to diagnose, treat, prescribe, order labs, or medically interpret your health.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information and coaching records for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, support your account, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and improve service quality. We may delete, de-identify, or aggregate information when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable law.
Children
Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
