She hosts The Longevity Show, writes The Longevity Letter, and is an Aspen Health Fellow.

Full bio

Hillary Lin, MD, is a physician and entrepreneur working at the edge of longevity medicine, preventive care, and health technology. She spent 11 years at Stanford across neuroscience, medical school, and internal medicine residency before matching into hematology-oncology at Columbia, then chose startups because she wanted to work on prevention before people became patients.

Her work is shaped by both clinical training and family experience: her father's heart attack changed how she thought about cardiovascular risk, prevention, and the gap between what medicine knows and what patients actually receive. At CareCore, she is building the clinical backbone for physician-reviewed longevity care: intake, prescribing, follow-up, and support that keep care grounded in medical judgment rather than wellness hype.

Hillary is a frequent speaker and commentator on what longevity medicine can use now, what remains speculative, and how AI-assisted care can stay clinically honest. Her work has been featured in Forbes, Parade, Daily Mail, Fox News, EatingWell, Health, Yahoo, and Financial Express.
