The Long Game

Insights for a longer, healthier life.

Hi {{ subscriber.first_name | strip | default: "there" }},

Happy Monday. It's my birthday week! This is relevant because I've done more intentional reverse aging this year than ever before. One example - one day a several months back, I found no fewer than four new white hairs. After aggressively tackling my hair with sheer will and some science, I no longer find new white hairs daring to grow from my head 🀞.

Now, hang tight and read on because I have some exciting projects to announce!

In today's edition:

What is a longer life worth?

Imagine that you’re a billionaire to live as well as possible, for as long as possible.

You may be imagining yourself surrounded by a Bryan Johnson-esque playground of testing machinery, served by a personal chef who magically produces healthful and delicious meals, and supported by a team of health and wellness professionals strategizing constantly on how to optimize your health.

This picture comes close to what it might be like not to have to worry about the cost of longevity medicine. But to think that cost is only monetary doesn’t fully describe the whole picture.

NoomVibin' about longevity

Since I was a kid, I always secretly wanted to be a talk show host (wooo Oprah!).

In a fun turn of events, I've been invited to be one of the very first physician hosts on NoomVibe! This platform, built by the Noom we all know as the coaching for weight loss app, just launched and already with a large and engaged following.

You can listen to my very first episode (with my first guests calling in!) here.

Preview #2 will be today at 5pm EST. Starting July 29th, I'll be on at "Noom O' Clock" or 12pm EST, Mon through Fri.
