We believe in radical transparency, so we want to be direct: we are behind our original launch timeline.
We know many of you have been waiting patiently to access CareCore, and honestly, we are just as eager to get this into your hands as you are to use it. However, we have made the difficult decision to push our launch back a bit further.
We aren't willing to open the doors until the experience is flawless. Here is exactly why.
Building with Clinical Integrity
Building a standard wellness app is relatively fast. But building a clinical-grade platform—one that integrates deeply with real-world pharmacies and physician networks—requires a different standard of care.
We are currently finalizing the complex "pipes" that connect our Member Healthspaces directly to our pharmacy partners and clinical teams. This ensures that when a protocol is prescribed, the fulfillment is seamless, safe, and fully compliant.
In healthcare, "move fast and break things" isn't our motto. We are choosing to get the infrastructure right now so your experience is flawless later.
