As a reminder, CareCore is the turnkey telehealth and e-commerce platform that empowers health creators to launch compliant, branded longevity storefronts — with MD oversight for prescriptions and labs, seamless product fulfillment, and digital commerce tools.
We're in the thick of the most complex (and exciting) phase of our build: integrating our 50-state licensed MD network that will back every medication prescription on the platform. This is the backbone that makes everything else possible — and we're making real progress.

The Real Update: Navigating Complexity
Integration work is never linear, and we've hit some expected bumps. Our initial pharmacy partner surprised us by revealing they won't have capacity for sterile medications (think GLP-1 agonists, peptides — some of our highest-priority offerings) until the new year.
Rather than compromise on what we can offer your clients, we've pivoted to integrate with a new pharmacy that can handle both sterile and non-sterile medications. This decision pushes our original timeline back by about a month, but sets us up for a much stronger launch.
We're still pushing hard for a pilot version this fall. The creator-side marketplace features are ready — you'll be able to curate and customize your shop at launch.

I know we're never moving fast enough for any of us — that impatience drives us too. Our goal remains unchanged: a rock-solid platform ready for New Year's resolution season, with as many early partners piloting beforehand as possible.
