After few couple months of intensive integration work, we've made a strategic decision: launch with sterile injectable products first — GLP-1 agonists and other peptides driving the most client demand. This means your early clients get access to exactly what they're seeking.

Here's what that means for timing, and what we accomplished this month...

As a reminder, CareCore is the turnkey telehealth and e-commerce platform that empowers health creators to launch compliant, branded longevity storefronts — with MD oversight for prescriptions and labs, seamless product fulfillment, and digital commerce tools.

Choosing Quality Over Speed

As we integrated deeper with our 50-state licensed MD network, we uncovered expanding permutations of protocols across medication categories. Each requires different compliance frameworks, and the complexity multiplied faster than we anticipated.

Rather than rush everything at once, we're starting with your highest-value category first. Sterile injectables — GLP-1s, Semiglutide, peptides — are what your audiences are actively searching for. They're also the most clinically complex, which means building this foundation right makes everything else smoother.

What This Means for Your Timeline:

We know many of you circled 2025 on your calendars. Here's the realistic picture:

  • Next 2 months: A handful of earliest partners will pilot the platform with real clients and prescriptions
  • Most partners: Plan for a New Year 2026 launch to ride the resolution season wave
  • All partners: Access to the highest-demand injectable products from day one

Not the original (very aggressive!) timeline we wanted, but the foundation for something that scales without issues.

October Wins

✅ Completed:

  • New pharmacy partnership finalized and technically integrated
  • Shop interface built and ready for product curation
  • Clinical network integration advancing through complexity
  • Pricing research finalized — we've locked in floor costs for this initial medication set and established suggested retail pricing based on comprehensive market research

That last one is huge: you won't need to spend time researching competitor pricing or figuring out positioning, but will still have the choice to choose final pricing if desired. We've done the market analysis so you can launch with competitive, research-backed pricing from day one.

November Priorities:

  • Send first test prescriptions through the full system
  • Stress-test workflows with earliest pilot partners
  • Polish final clinical integration wrinkles
  • Start lab network integration

October was a powerhouse month for CareCore visibility. Dr. Hillary Lin brought our mission to three major stages:

What's Next

Over the next month, we're moving from build to test. Our earliest pilot partners will start onboarding and sending real prescriptions, and we'll watch every step of the workflow and receive feedback about the design.
